Our support staff

All first and second level support staff are IT professionals with training in software development, as system administrators or system technicians. You can reach us via support form here on the site, via e-mail or by phone during office hours.

Outside office hours, e-mail requests are handled by the on-call service. If the on-call service is busy with malfunctions, it is possible that requests during the night will not be answered until the next morning.
